▎Applications and Features
- KTS-62 is a 74%Ni-16%Cr-8%Fe-2%Nb Ni-based alloy.
- The proper amount of Nb helps reduce cracking caused by stress in thick plate welding.
- Suitable for welding Inconel 600, Incoloy 800, and ASTM B163, B166, B167, and B168 Ni-Cr-Fe alloys.
▎Welding Position
▎Welding Instruction
- The welded area should be thoroughly cleaned.
- Heat input should be kept as low as possible, with interpass temperature controlled at around 150 °C.
- Please refer to GTAW welding precautions.
▎Applications
Suitable for welding offshore engineering, natural gas, pressure vessels, and chemical equipment.
