KTS-410 welding wire is a martensitic stainless steel containing 13% Cr.

KTS-410 welding wire is a martensitic stainless steel containing 13% Cr.
It is suitable for AISI 410 or 420 series stainless steel plates.
KTS-410 is recommended for welding plates, piping, and vessels used in petroleum refining and chemical industries.

Please refer to the GTAW welding guidelines for proper usage.
With high hardenability, the weld metal and heat-affected zone are prone to cracking. Preheating to 200–300 °C is required before welding, followed by post-weld heat treatment at 700–760 °C.

KTS-410 is recommended for welding plates, piping, and vessels used in petroleum refining and chemical industries.
