KTS-307Si is an austenitic stainless steel alloy containing 21% Cr, 9% Ni, and 7% Mn. It is particularly suitable for welding thick plates or workpieces subjected to high restraint conditions.

▎Applications and Features

KTS-307Si is an austenitic stainless steel containing 21% Cr, 9% Ni, and 7% Mn.
It work-hardens easily, is non-magnetic, and has very low crack sensitivity. With its higher silicon content, it provides better weld pool fluidity than KMS-307HM.
It is applicable to high-manganese steels containing 14% Mn, armor steels, and other steels that are generally difficult to weld.
It is suitable for welding thick plates or workpieces under high restraint.
