▎Applications and Features

  • The weld metal has a low-carbon austenitic structure containing 19.5% Cr, 13% Ni, and 3.5% Mo.
  • KF-300S provides good operability and slag detachability, producing welds with an excellent bead appearance. It also offers superior mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
  • It is suitable for welding critical chemical containers, and is particularly effective for vessels requiring corrosion resistance to non-oxidizing acids and organic acids, such as sulfuric and sulfurous acid.
