S-Coating

For decades, stainless steel wire used in screw manufacturing has required a protective oxalate coating of approximately 10–30 μm. However, during the oxalate coating process, the amount of sludge generated is more than ten times that produced by our S-Coating (also known as metallic coating) technology (which is approximately 1–3 μm). Furthermore, the S-Coating layer is inorganic, providing long-term durability and storage stability, whereas the oxalate coating is organic and prone to moisture absorption, which can lead to the degradation of its protective properties.
